To enhance the conversion rate, the employability training program is organized through a Pre-Placement Training Program.
Pre-placement training is imparted to all the final year students, as part of the curriculum to enhance the competency among students with respect to various soft skills and domain specific areas like finance, HR etc. A dedicated team of trainers equip our students to cope up with corporate challenges, by conducting training programs using the latest training methodologies. This way the strength of the students is upgraded to ensure that they face the challenges of the competitive world. The Pre-Placement Training Program offered by our college is for a duration of 42 hours, and consists of a complete package required to face campus recruitment drive and come out with flying colours. The different areas of the package are:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical and Analytical Reasoning
- Language Skill (Written)
- Communication Skill
- Technical- Basics of Computer, Operating System etc.
- Group Discussion
- Personal Interview
Basic study materials are given in the form of handouts covering all the areas that are pertinent with respect to the Campus Recruitment Drive. Easy-to-follow steps have been incorporated by means of fundamental concepts, short-cut tricks and techniques, examples with solutions, exercise with solutions, etc.
Practice Test Papers: This section covers class test papers, weekly test papers, monthly test papers, comprehensive test series, etc.
- 42 hours complete module.
- One hour sessions weekly, and 4-5 hour long sessions during vacations
- Onus on communication skills, listening skills, and speaking skills.
- Highly experienced trainers from industry and institute.
- Two mock GD and two mock PI (one HR and one Tech.).
We provide internship facility for students. Internships provide an opportunity to reinforce academic and career objectives and gain practical work experience. We help students to find companies for their internships and project works.
