Canon Photography Workshop
Department of Journalism and Mass Communication has signed an MoU with Canon Imaging Academy to organize a series of workshops on different genres of photography for students of all disciplines. In this regard, an inauguration programme was organized on 9th March, 2020 at Mangala Mantapa. K N Shanth Kumar, Director, The Printers (Mysore) Pvt. Ltd. was the Chief Guest for the event, Mr. Astro Mohan, Senior Photographer of Udayavani, was the resource person from Canon India and Mr. Balunkeshwar Jena, Regional Manager, Canon India was present too. During this event, Astro Mohan was felicitated for successfully completing 25 years in the field of photography.
